Is this SEO or GEO?
Both adjacent. Classic SEO signals still matter; GEO adds AI-oriented files (llms.txt), crawler policy for AI bots, and clearer machine-readable structure.
Does the ChatGPT prompt guarantee citations?
No. It is a smoke test of model knowledge and gaps. Treat answers as non-authoritative.
What permissions does it need?
activeTab, scripting, storage, and host access to fetch public paths like /robots.txt and /llms.txt on sites you open.
Will the core stay free?
Yes. Free checklist + prompts. Any future Pro (sitewide crawl, agency PDF) stays optional.
